This requirement of three votes, no more or less, will safeguard against "ballot box stuffing" by contestants. The top results of this vote will be tabulated, and the winner of all of these votes will be declared the People’s Choice Award Winner. The People’s Choice Film will be screened in Hollywood, CA in the following year.
Grand Prize Winner: The Judges' Committee, featuring a panel of film industry professionals, will review all of the films of the year. This Judges' Committee will determine the top films, and then narrow these down into the Top 15 winners.
The top winning films will win the Best 48 FILM Award for 2017 and many prizes.
